Qualdrop Trace One Shrimp is an advanced formula designed for ornamental shrimps, such as Neocaridina and Caridina, particularly the demanding ‘bee’ varieties.

Contains over 23 micronutrients and trace elements of natural origin, which play a key role in the functioning of the shrimp’s body.

Although present in small quantities, they are essential for the proper functioning of metabolic processes, support enzyme activity and influence the condition, colouration, reproductive capacity and survival rate of the shrimp. Micronutrient levels in the aquarium naturally decline – they are consumed by plants, bound by the substrate and removed during water changes.

Dosage with no effect on parameters

Trace One Shrimp It has been designed to replenish trace elements without affecting key water parameters. It does not increase total hardness (GH) nor carbonate (KH), contains neither nitrates nor phosphates and has only a minimal effect on conductivity.

This means you can use it regularly without risking an imbalance in the tank, whilst maintaining full control over the shrimp’s living conditions.

Qualdrop Trace One Shrimp is designed for use in aquariums with ornamental shrimps, to replenish the micronutrients and trace elements essential for their proper functioning.

The product supports the health, colouration, reproduction and survival of shrimp, particularly in tanks using RO water and in heavily planted aquariums, where micronutrients are quickly depleted.

How should Trace One Shrimp be served?

It is best to use this product once the water change is complete.

Dosage:

Add 1 ml of the product for every 10 litres of prepared water. In addition, once a week you can add 0.5–1 ml per 20 litres directly to the aquarium to maintain a constant level of trace elements.

Dosage: 1 ml per 10 litres of water increases conductivity by approx. 2 µS.

If dosing directly into the tank, it is advisable to dilute the product beforehand in approximately 250 ml of water from the aquarium; this allows it to be distributed evenly throughout the tank and helps to avoid localised concentrations.

Please note:

It is not recommended to use several micronutrient preparations at the same time – this can lead to excesses and an imbalance in the aquarium. In this case, less is more, and regularity is more important than high doses.
