How to use: Rinse before use. Pour the resin into a fine-mesh filter bag.

One liter of Purigen is sufficient to purify approximately 4,000 liters of water for six months. The product is used up when it changes color to dark brown or almost black.

Attention! Some preparations containing protective colloids can permanently damage Purigen granules and significantly impede its regeneration. If the granules begin to emit a chlorine odor, Purigen is no longer suitable for reuse. If in doubt, it is recommended to soak the used portion of the resin in a small amount of water and test it for chlorine using an aquarium test kit.

For best results, place Purigen as the last filtration medium, immediately after the sponge and ceramic media.

If your filter does not allow for the insertion of a cartridge (e.g., in the case of internal filters), it is worth considering adding a cartridge-panel filter to the aquarium. Aquael Neo Filter 300.
