DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h1>\n

\u00a71. GENERAL PROVISIONS <\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Door to Door service offered by the Store.<\/li>\n
  2. The Door to Door service involves delivering the order directly to the address specified by the customer.<\/li>\n
  3. Placing an order with the Door to Door option is tantamount to accepting these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a72. DELIVERY AREA AND TIME <\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. The Door to Door service is available within a radius of up to 30 km from the Store’s location.<\/li>\n
    2. Standard delivery takes place within 1-3 business days from the moment the order is accepted for processing.<\/li>\n
    3. Express delivery is available on the same day for orders placed before 4 p.m.<\/li>\n
    4. The Store reserves the right to extend the delivery time in the event of circumstances beyond the Store’s control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a73. DELIVERY COSTS <\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Delivery costs depend on the distance between the Store’s location and the delivery address, as well as the selected delivery method:

      2. The express delivery fee includes an additional charge of PLN 19.99 on top of the standard delivery price.<\/li>\n
      3. Free shipping is available for orders with a value of:\n
          \n
        • at least PLN 500 for deliveries within a distance of up to 10 km<\/li>\n
        • at least PLN 1,500 for deliveries within a distance of 10-30 km<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a74. PLACING ORDERS <\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. Door-to-Door orders can be placed:\n
              \n
            • via the Store’s website<\/li>\n
            • by telephone<\/li>\n
            • in person at the Store’s headquarters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • When placing an order, the Customer is required to provide the exact delivery address, including the postal code and a current contact telephone number.<\/li>\n
            • The store reserves the right to verify the delivery address for compliance with the service coverage area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \u00a75. DELIVERY <\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. Delivery is carried out by Store employees or authorized couriers.<\/li>\n
              2. Before delivery, a Store employee will contact the Customer to confirm availability at the specified address.<\/li>\n
              3. In the event of the Customer’s absence at the specified address:\n
                  \n
                • a Store employee will attempt to contact you by phone<\/li>\n
                • If we are unable to contact you, your order will be returned to the Store.<\/li>\n
                • The customer may set a new delivery date, which will result in a new delivery charge being calculated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the delivery person.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \u00a76. PAYMENTS <\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  1. Payment for orders with the Door to Door option can be made:\n
                      \n
                    • online (bank transfer, BLIK, payment card)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • In the case of cash on delivery payments, the Customer receives a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      \u00a77. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS <\/h2>\n
                        \n
                      1. Complaints regarding the Door to Door service must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.<\/li>\n
                      2. Complaints can be submitted:\n
                          \n
                        • in writing to the Store’s address<\/li>\n
                        • by email to the Store’s email address<\/li>\n
                        • by telephone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                        • The complaint should include the customer’s details, order number, and a description of the problem.<\/li>\n
                        • The store will consider complaints within 14 days of receiving the notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          \u00a78. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA <\/h2>\n
                            \n
                          1. The administrator of personal data is the Store.<\/li>\n
                          2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Door to Door service.<\/li>\n
                          3. The customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            \u00a79. FINAL PROVISIONS <\/h2>\n
                              \n
                            1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/li>\n
                            2. The Store reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall come into force on the date of their publication on the Store’s website. <\/li>\n
                            3. Any disputes arising from the provision of the Door to Door service shall be settled amicably, and in the event of disagreement, by the competent common court.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
