1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) set out the rules and conditions for using discount codes in the online store operating at natuscape.pl (hereinafter referred to as \u201cStore\u201d).<\/p> \n
1.2. The owner and administrator of the Store is Natuscape with its registered office at ul. Wojs\u0142awska 63A, 39-300 Mielec, e-mail address: sklep@natuscape.pl <\/a>(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cSeller\u201d). <\/p>
\n 1.3. The use of discount codes is tantamount to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>
\n 1.4. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/p>
\n 2.1. Discount code \u2013 a string of alphanumeric characters which, when entered in the appropriate field during the ordering process, entitles you to a specific discount on purchases in the Store.<\/p>
\n 2.2. Discount \u2013 a reduction on products offered in the Store, expressed as a percentage or amount in Polish zlotys.<\/p>
\n 2.3. Customer \u2013 a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the services of the Store.<\/p>
\n 3.1. The following types of discount codes may be available in the Store:<\/p>
\n a) Percentage codes \u2013 reducing the price of products by a specified percentage;<\/p>
\n b) Amount codes \u2013 reducing the price of products by a specified amount;<\/p>
\n c) Free delivery codes \u2013 eliminating delivery costs;<\/p>
\n d) Codes for specific products \u2013 applicable only to selected products or product categories.<\/p>
\n 4.1. To use the discount code, the Customer should enter the code in the \u201cDiscount code\u201d or \u2018Coupon\u2019 field when placing an order and click the \u201cApply coupon\u201d button.<\/p>
\n 4.2. The discount code must be entered before paying for the order.<\/p>
\n 4.3. Once the discount code has been correctly entered and accepted, the discount amount will be automatically deducted from the order value.<\/p>
\n 4.4. The discount code can only be used in the natuscape.pl online store.<\/p>
\n 5.1. Each discount code has a specific expiration date, after which it can no longer be used.<\/p>
\n 5.2. The discount code may have restrictions regarding: a) minimum order value; b) categories or specific products to which it applies; c) number of possible uses in total or by a single Customer; d) possibility of combining with other promotions. <\/p>
\n 5.3. The specific restrictions applicable to a given discount code are always indicated in the promotion description or in the correspondence in which the discount code was provided.<\/p>
\n 5.4. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.<\/p>
\n 6.1. Unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the promotion, discount codes cannot be combined \u2013 only one discount code can be used per order.<\/p>
\n 6.2. The seller reserves the right to specify in the terms and conditions of a given promotion whether the discount code can be combined with other current promotions in the Store.<\/p>
\n 7.1. In the event of returning a product purchased using a discount code, the Customer will be refunded the actual price paid (after taking the discount into account).<\/p>
\n 7.2. In the case of a partial refund of an order in which a discount code was used, the method of settlement shall be determined by the Seller, based on the nature of the discount granted and the principle of proportionality.<\/p>
